Mo has been at the forefront of innovative projects with Media Cymru, particularly focusing on the M.M.Y Reality (Me, Mine & Your Reality) initiative. Mo has taken on a pivotal role as a Wellbeing Facilitator in the TV and film industry, championing mental health awareness, especially for men. His collaborations with BECTU and the charity "6ft from the Spotlight" have been instrumental in promoting mental health initiatives. Additionally, Mo has contributed to the Welsh Assembly Role Model initiative, inspiring others through his advocacy work.
